Since 2003, Tom has led Forum's growth from 6 original to 92 Members today. During this time, Forum has enjoyed 20 consecutive years of year over year growth in revenue, net income, Member distribution and annual Member savings. At present, our Members utilize Forum’s industry unique compliance and e-commerce model to purchase $2.5 billion+ from over 700 contracts.
Prior to joining Forum, Tom served as Senior Vice President, Purchasing for Mariner Health Care and its predecessor companies for ten years, the last three of which included conceptualizing Forum and serving in a leadership role during its creation and start-up activities. His position at Mariner followed ten years of group purchasing management in both an acute care hospital system and national GPO. Tom holds BS and MS degrees in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.
Senior Vice President,
Procurement & Contracting Services
Jason Hart is Forum’s Senior Vice President of Procurement Services and Contracting. In this role, Jason develops and manages a $1 billion portfolio of food contracts and a network of relationships and partnerships involving many hundreds of individuals, distributors, and manufacturers.
Prior to joining Forum in 2014, Jason worked for SavaSeniorCare Administrative Services for 16+ years and was Vice President, Purchasing and a Forum Board Member since 2005. In addition to managing his department, Jason managed the capital expenditures budget and was a key member of the Operations Finance Team that developed strategic savings and efficiency opportunities for Sava. Jason holds a Bachelor of Management degree from Georgia Tech.
Vice President,
SS&E Contracting Services
Matt Baccala is Forum’s Vice President of SS&E Contracting Services (Supply, Service and Equipment). Matt works closely with the Member Board of Directors and the Supplier Community to implement and manage contracts that align with the core goals of each Member. He believes in building relationships with companies that take a collaborative approach in bringing value to the procurement process.
Prior to joining Forum Purchasing, Matt worked for Fundamental Administrative Services and its predecessor companies for 24 years where he served as Vice President of Purchasing for 17 years. Matt’s role allowed him to work closely with all levels within Fundamental, which provided the necessary feedback and support to execute programs that met the needs and goals of their internal and external customers. Matt holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Towson University.
Vice President, Member Services
Summer Gorecki is Forum’s Vice President of Member Services. In this role, Summer is responsible for Forum’s business development initiatives, as well as assisting existing members maximize their value from Forum. Since 2009, Summer has steadily grown her responsibilities, notably as a leader in developing the analytical tools used for both current and potential new members. Summer is the key point of contact for new member recruitment and serves as Forum’s primary representative at key industry events. Summer holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Marian University.
Vice President, Information Systems
Natasha Tomasik is Forum's Vice President of Information Systems and is responsible for managing Forum's data and business processes infrastructure. This includes data management, member analytics, rebate and administrative fee processing, and annual reporting requirements, including the annual Member report and financial distribution. Natasha has lead Forum through a digital transformation of Forum's technology infrastructure allowing for greater scalability, growth, and an even closer integration with Forum's business partner, DSSI.
Prior to joining Forum, Natasha served in various positions of increasing responsibility at DSSI for 11 years, most recently as a Team Leader within Software Engineering. During this time, she worked closely on many Forum related projects, as well as being one of the designers/inventors of such industry-wide tools as DSSI Capture and OGM3. Natasha's career at DSSI followed her earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
